A lot of people are joining us for WordCamp Udaipur, many organizations are coming with their team. We received some queries about options for working remotely and internet facilities.
While most hotels provide free Wi-Fi, it might not a be suitable for work. You might end up with slow internet speed and connectivity limitations. To solve this problem, we have arranged the following facilities for you.
Magic Space – Co-working Space
MagicSpace is Udaipur’s First Co-Working Space. You can Get affordable Team Box, Individual Workstations, and Ultimate Workstations at their co-working space.
MagicSpace has great infrastructure, comfortable chairs and tables, 2MBPS leased line internet connectivity and power backup.
Their Standard Charges are INR 450 per person for 8 Hours of access. But, for WordCamp Udaipur attendees we have a Special Deal. You can get 12 hours of access for INR 300 per person. Your entry pass includes free tea and coffee along with the internet, of course 😉

IdeaBox Creations Office
Our Silver Sponsor, IdeaBox Creations decided to open up their office for WordCamp attendees.Working from IdeaBox is completely free. They can accommodate 8-10 people and seats will be allotted on the first-come-first-serve basis. IdeaBox has a 40Mbps optical fibre internet connectivity.
